  • Sports + Therapeutic Massage

    Focused and deep bodywork therapy that is highly effective in relieving chronic (long-term) pain and tightness in the body.

    Regular sessions help promote healthy and effective maintenance of the soft tissues, reducing the risk of future injury and allowing for pain-free movement.

    A bespoke therapy utilizing techniques from Rachel’s diverse clinical sport and remedial massage background. Including Neuromuscular Technique (NMT), Myofascial Release (MFR), Soft Tissue Release (STR), Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Deep Tissue Massage.

  • Pregnancy + Postpartum Massage

    Nourishing and healing massage therapy specifically designed to support individuals throughout all trimesters of pregnancy.

    Sessions work to provide relief from pain, tightness, and discomfort experienced as the body changes during pregnancy.

    Specialized cushions and pillows are used during this treatment and allow for face-down work throughout all 3 trimesters, as well as side-lying, and semi-reclined positions.

    After your baby arrives, post-partum massage helps to reduce back pain from holding, carrying, and feeding little ones, as well as providing emotional support and stress relief.

  • Light Therapy

    Offering the gold standard of LED light therapy from the comfort of our office. Clinically proven to treat aches and pains, signs of ageing, and acne. The Celluma Pro is a panel flexible light therapy device suitable for use all over the body.

    It uses blue, red, and near-infrared lights to address multiple concerns, including aches and pains, ageing, acne, and body contouring.

    Treatments are offered as stand-alone sessions or as add-ons to other appointments to increase effectiveness.

  • Sculpting Facial Massage

    Stimulates the facial muscles to improve facial tone, contours, and appearance. Excellent in reducing puffiness, improving circulation, and working to improve collagen production. Offered in combination with a deep neck and shoulder massage to relieve tension in the upper body, and our top-class LED Light Therapy treatment.

  • Core Restore Class

    Core Restore classes guide your body in learning how to activate your core effectively during a workout. Each session will focus on gaining function, stability, and strength.

    Classes are available at beginner and intermediate levels. We strongly recommend taking at least 1 beginner class initially.

    Group classes run weekly, and the exercises will change each month, giving you a chance to master each exercise over a few weeks.

    These classes are particularly helpful for anyone who has experienced pregnancy or labor during their lifetime, as many muscles in the core get over-stretched or chronically tightened.

    Symptoms of poor core activation postpartum include low and mid back pain, belly pooching/diastasis recti (abdominal separation), prolapse, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

    The beginner’s program is suitable from 6-8 weeks postpartum.

    Private one-to-one sessions are also available and are recommended if you are particularly struggling with core strength or activation. All questions, queries, and concerns are welcome!

  • Yoga

    Vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga classes are available.

    All classes offer a warm, friendly, and inclusive space suitable for all levels. No experience is necessary and super flexibility is not required!

    If you are new to yoga, returning to your practice after a long break, pregnant or newly postpartum, you may want to consider a private class. Private small group classes are also available. Please enquire for more information.

  • Retreats

    Half day, full day, and weekend retreats focusing on healing, movement, and restoration.
