prenatal yoga
Give you and your baby the ultimate nourishment with our prenatal yoga classes.
Classes focus on postures to help reduce discomfort during pregnancy, as well as prepare your body for labor and recovery postpartum.
Private classes can be combined with prenatal massage therapy for maximum benefit.
Our group classes offer a warm, friendly, and inclusive space to meet other moms-to-be. All props and mats are provided.

This 6-week program works to restore core function and strength postpartum.
During pregnancy, many muscles in the core get over-stretched or switch off, while others overcompensate or work harder. This program gently teaches the body how to reconnect to and activate those ‘switched off’ muscle groups so that you can regain function, stability, and strength.
Sessions are weekly and you will be guided through a simple daily check-in to practice at home in between. Just 10 minutes a day makes a huge difference!
Symptoms of poor core activation postpartum include low and mid back pain, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), prolapse and pelvic floor dysfunction.
This program is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum.
It is never too late to start working on your core function. Many moms still find great improvement working on this many years postpartum!

Diastasis Recti is where the abdominal muscles separate during pregnancy to allow space for the baby to grow. For a significant number of women, this gap does not close following birth causing many issues including back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence/leaking, and the ‘mom pooch’.
Learning how to re-engage the weakened muscles and breathe effectively postpartum is really important in healing this separation.
In our Diastasis Recti Recovery Program, we offer an in-depth and innovative healing protocol:
IRRITATE - abdominal acupuncture allows for blood flow to return to the separation and encourage faster healing
STIMULATE - following acupuncture or at home using TENS. Mild electrical currents stimulate the muscles to awaken and strengthen areas that are weakened
BIND & HEAL - post-treatment we will apply a special bind to your abdominals to encourage healing in the area
STRENTHEN - we will teach you how to master specific core strengthening and recovery exercises
