Pregnancy Massage
Nourishing and healing massage therapy specifically designed to support individuals throughout all trimesters of pregnancy.
Sessions work to provide relief from pain, tightness, and discomfort experienced as the body changes during pregnancy.
Specialized cushions and pillows are used during this treatment and allow for face-down work throughout all 3 trimesters, as well as side-lying, and semi-reclined positions.
After your baby arrives, post-partum massage helps to reduce back pain from holding, carrying, and feeding little ones, as well as providing emotional support and stress relief.

what to expect
Our massage therapy sessions are designed to provide you with the highest level of comfort; think large cozy flannel sheets, fleece blankets, and padded headrest covers. During the cold months, we offer a heated blanket too.
Our oils are organic and Rachel’s training in aromatherapy means that all the oils are blended in-house. We offer two custom blends; one to reduce muscle tension and the other to enhance relaxation. We also use natural beeswax and essential oil products, which are wonderful on dry hands and feet in the winter. You can opt for an organic grapeseed oil if you want to avoid scents and essential oils.
At the end of every massage therapy appointment, a hot ginger, lemon, and raw honey tea is offered as a natural detox to complete your session.
